We are seeking a driven and results‑oriented Business Development Executive to join our team full time. In this role, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our solutions. Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects through the sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or B2B client acquisition (preferably in IT/SaaS or services).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead, opportunity, and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn/Social selling, and handling inbound leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for tracking leads, activities, and pipeline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a consultative, solution-focused selling approach.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and align company solutions to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
